By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for implementation and execution the order dated 01.11.1994 passed in Ceiling Case No. 50 of 1981-82 by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Ballia.
In view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in
Patna High Court CWJC No.5403 of 2021(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 the case of Punyadeo Sharma and others Vs Kamla Devi reported in 2022 (1) BLJ 434, it has been held that the preemptor has no legal right to claim the land in question. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ Bt U
