The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Excise Case 883 of 2020 arising out of Karpi P.S. Case No.222 of 2020 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have already surrendered in the court below. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.
