Agrawal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Counsel to Mr. Ramakant Sharma, Senior Advocate-cum- Law Officer, Vigilance. Petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017/ Special Case No. 16 of 2017, registered for the offence alleged under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that according to the First Information Report, the petitioner was trapped while receiving bribe of Rs.6,000/-, the petitioner has already been placed under suspension after his arrest an investigation in the case is complete. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32483 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 further submits that charge sheet has already been submitted. In the facts and circumstances of the case, some orders passed by Co-ordinate Benches in the trapped cases have been placed before me to show that in the nature of the present case, there is consistent view to grant regular bail to the petitioner after charge sheet is submitted.

Learned Assistant Counsel representing the vigilance has accepted the present position that charge sheet has already been submitted.

In the facts and circumstances stating above, let the petitioner, namely, Nitendra Kumar be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017/Special Case No. 16 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J.) ravi/- U T
