Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2020. The FIR is against unknown. Co-accused Deepak Kumar Singh, in whose confessional statement name of the petitioner surfaced, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13408 of 2019 (Annexure-2). Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete.

Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence.

No.11997 of 2021(2) dt.29-07-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bidupur Police Station Case No. 286 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
