2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 161 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 552 of 2022 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled through the process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them. The report of the Mediator and the terms of settlement is kept at "Flag-A".
4. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4212 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jhanjarpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S.
