JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Goh P.S. Case No. 338 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 40 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of this petitioner.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Counsel for State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that huge quantity of liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of which this petitioner is
