====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 No one appears on behalf of the appellant on repeated call. Perused the office report dated 29.06.2018 which goes to show that pecuniary jurisdiction of this court to hear the first appeal is rupees ten lacs but the appeal value of present appeal is only Rs. 38,000/- and, hence, the appeal against the impugned judgment shall lie before the District Judge. In view of the aforesaid office report, the memo of appeal along with certified copy of impugned judgment be returned to the appellant so that he could file appeal against the impugned judgment before the District Judge, Khagaria within one month from the date of receipt of memo of appeal and certified copy of impugned judgment.
