The learned counsel for the respondents, referring to the counter affidavit, filed by the respondents, submits that the District Welfare Officer, Katihar has already sent recommendation for the purposes of grant of the aforesaid benefits to the petitioner by a letter dated 10.07.2018 and now it is for the Director, Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to take a final call in the matter.
Having regard to the rival contentions of the respective parties, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose
Patna High Court CWJC No.9972 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 off the present writ petition with a direction to the Director, Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to take a final decision with regard to grant of benefits of 1st and 2nd ACP to the petitioner herein within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
