The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khijersarai P.S. Case No. 320 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379, 420, 467, 468, 472, 474, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.11.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 01 liter country made Mahua liquor, one ATM Card and Rs.47,000/- cash was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2655 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Khijersarai P.S. Case No. 320 of 2018.
