2. The present application has been filed:

for issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents concerned to make payment to the petitioner of compensation of land of total area of 1-3-3 (One Bighas, three Kathas three Dhurs) (Mouza Hathwan, Khesra -3987, L. A. No.1 which has been acquired by the Respondents concerned for

Patna High Court CWJC No.9717 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 Broad Gaze Railway Line from Khagaria to Kusheshwar Asthan, and for this the petitioner submitted the all relevant papers on 03.11.2016, but till dated compensation of the acquired land (1-3-3) has not been given to the petitioner, And/Or any other relief or reliefs, for which petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. A counter affidavit of respondent nos. 5 and 7 is on record and the learned GP-14 has taken this Court to paragraph 6 to show that she was asked to submit relevant documents for payment but has chosen not to act accordingly.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the concerned authority in line with the facts incorporated in counter affidavit in next four weeks.

5. Granting said liberty and requesting the respondent authorities to take the matter to its logical conclusion if the petitioner appears in the afore-mentioned time, the writ petition stands disposed of.
