This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.503 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(g), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Two cartridges have been recovered from the place of occurrence. Seven persons are said to have fired in air. The petitioner is one of them. He is in custody since 26.07.2024. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4453 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.503 of 2024.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Bangaon Police Station, District- Saharsa on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the trial Court. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
