Heard both sides.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the IPC.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 21.2.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.52130 of 2013. It is submitted that the victim was major and her age was determined to be about 17 years.

From perusal of the order aforesaid, it appears that the materials on record were considered and prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. It appears that the trial has not yet been concluded.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial has begun. The trial court is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8924 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.
