The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioners, being husband and wife respectively, abused and assaulted the informant and his younger brother by sword and iron rod, due to which, both of them sustained injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioner no. 1 and informant are own brothers and due to petty dispute, a simple occurrence of Maarpit took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Injuries, sustained by the informant and his brother, are simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3228 of 2023(2) dt.03-04-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S.
