Appeal No. 7 of 2015 arising out of Kursela P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014.

Having considered the merits of the case, I am not inclined to revise the said order. The applications stands rejected. The Court below is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment.
