Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and the informant.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018 registered under Section 324, 307, 34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2019. the allegation of firing is against Chandan Kumar and not this petitioner. Considering the fact that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2757 of 2020(3) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Barh in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018.
