In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : (I) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of mandamus for commanding the respondent to place and include the name and roll number of the candidate at the place of illegible candidate as Assistant Professor in different universities and constituted colleges also.

(II) For commanding the respondents as to why as yet the interview letter as an assistant professor of the petitioner has not been issued in the website of Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna.

(III) For commanding the respondents as to why

Patna High Court CWJC No.11329 of 2018(2) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 the name and Roll number of the petitioner has been placed in the list of illegible candidates though this petitioner is eligible candidate having requisites qualification.

Considering the reliefs sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation regarding the redressal of his grievance before the Respondent No.4 i.e. The Special Secretary-cum-Examination Controller, Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna. The Respondent No.4 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
