Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 195 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
