JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Considering the stands taken by the respondents in Paragraphs 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit, the Court hopes and trusts that respondents will entrust payment of salary to the petitioner in terms of their statement made in Paragraphs 6 and 7 which is quoted below.

6.That after checking the entire bills by the Finance Auditor and after satisfaction has on 20.02.2020 recommended payment for Rs.

3,50,502.00 (Rupees three lacks fifty thousand five hundred two only) on account of arrears of difference of salary.

7. That the answering respondents state that now the aforesaid payments will be made to the petitioner within two weeks.
