1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case no. 30 of 2023 arising out of Rail Barauni P.S. Case no. 165 of 2023 registered under sections 8 and 20(b)(ii)B of the N.D.P.S.Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, a total of 8.48 kg of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 17.6.2023 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the alleged quantity being below the commercial quantity, the petitioner having remained in custody since 17.6.2023 and not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case no. 30 of 2023 arising out of Rail Barauni P.S. Case no. 165 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Begusarai.
