2. Both the parties have jointly filed the petition under Order XXIII Rule III of CPC vide I.A.No.2955 of 2018. It has been submitted that both the parties have settled their dispute and now they have no grievance against each other. The parties have sworn affidavit, in support of the Interlocutory application. The office has also reported that the application is defect less.

3. In view of submission of both the parties, the compromise petition filed under I.A.No.2955 of 2018 is accepted and this appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. The compromise petition shall form part of decree and office will prepare the decree accordingly.

4. This appeal stands disposed of.
