For the Petitioner/s : Mr. AJAY KUMAR I, Advocate Mr. Devendra Kumar Dutt, Advocate For the Respondent/s : GA 2 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-02-2015 The Petitioner seeks issuance of writ of certiorari to set aside the order of Deputy Collector, Establishsment, Jehanabad, by which he has directed the Petitioner to deposit a sum of `34,276/- in Jehanabad Sub Division, Nazarat.
Considering that subsequently, the LRDC, Jehanabad, had found that the Petitioner was required to do so upon which the Petitioner filed a representation before the authorities concerned and that for a writ Court to enter into the disputed question of facts is not permissible, I am not inclined to entertain it any further. The application is dismissed.
