This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kamti PS Case No. 365 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the vehicle in question was seized from the possession of Dilip Kumar who claims that he has purchased the motor cycle from the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2018. It is submitted that in the instant case investigation is now complete.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti PS Case No. 365 of 2018.
