2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s) :

(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/Writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent authorities to take/accept the application of the petitioner No.1 for grant of electric connection on the afore mention address of the petitioners.

(ii) To further direct the respondents to grant a fresh

Patna High Court CWJC No.376 of 2025(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 electric connection on the application of the petitioner No.1 on the above mention address of the petitioners.

(iii) To grant any other relief or reliefs to the petitioners for which they were found to be entitled in the facts and circumstance of the case.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the present writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to accept the application made by the petitioner no. 1 along with the requisite amounts and consider the same in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to accept the application of the petitioner no. 1 for an electrical connection along with the requisite amount and consider the same strictly in accordance with law. The Respondent No. 5 is directed to consider the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of the copy of the receipt of this order.
