Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mashrakh PS Case No.346 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happen to be nephew , brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased. Case is of dowry death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no specific allegation has been attributed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1706 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 against them. Death is due to diarrhea.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and considering the fact that the petitioners are not father, mother or the husband, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S.Case No.346 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
