2. Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of CERTIORARY for quashing of order or promotion in Science Graduate Trained (Grade 4) with effect from 31.12.2007.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of MANDAMUS directing to the respondents concern to grant promotion in Science Graduate Trained (Grade 4) according to the BIHAR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS PROMOTION RULES, 1993 w.e.f.

17.01.1991 and pay all consequential monetary and other benefits too.

(iii) For issuance of any other appropriate

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to pursue remedy before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali to grant him relief as prayed for in the present writ petition in light of the order dated 12.09.2022 passed in CWJC No.15610 of 2018.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and grant the similar relief, without delay, if the petitioner is entitled for the same.
