JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is husband of the complainant and earlier he was granted privilege of anticipatory bail with condition that he would keep the complainant with full honour and dignity. In pursuance of the direction of this Court the petitioner took the complainant to his home but after some time complainant made complain to the court below about so called ill behaviour of the petitioner resulting cancellation of his bail bonds. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 10.12.2014 and it appears that there is no chance of reconciliation accordingly, petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 164( C) of 2011.
