The petitioner filed this writ petition against the order dated 23.03.2017 passed by District Appellate Authority, Kaimur, Bhabua in Case No.11 of 2017 by which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

Against the order of the District Appellate Authority, there is a provision of appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.12077 of 2017(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
