2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The marriage took place five years ago. The deceased and petitioner were blessed with three children out of which, the son has died and two daughters are there.

4. It has come during investigation that the deceased and petitioner had quarreled but no material has come in support of the fact that she has committed suicide. Though in the Post-mortem report, it has come that the deceased died of asphyxia. No external injuries has been found on the dead body

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4146 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 which may point out that deceased has been murdered. The petitioner is in jail since 28.03.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023.

7. This application stands allowed.
