The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 846 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304, 341, 306 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, this petitioner poisoned both child of the informant causing their death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is old lady and has falsely been implicated in this case. The police submitted chargesheet against petitioner under Section 306 IPC. Petitioner is non else than own grand-mother of the children (deceased). Petitioner is old lady and she is in custody since 06.10.2021 having clean antecedent. Counsel for informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
