Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366(A)/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that as per statement of victim, entire allegation has been levelled against the co-accused Vickey. It has further been submitted that petitioner no.1 is mother and petitioner no.2 is father of the co-accused Vicky and they have no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioners have no

Learned counsel for the opposite party opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Barh in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019 on the following conditions:-

(1) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.

(2) If the petitioners tamper with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
