The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and from the possession of the petitioner, Sunil Ram @ Sunil Kumar, only two live cartridges were recovered and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate,
