The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.204 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 324, 307, 427, 448, 504, 506/34 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the informant has sustained simple injury whereas the petitioner has sustained grievous injury, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
