2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful and deliberate violation and non-compliance of the order dated 29.07.2024 passed in CWJC No.
Patna High Court MJC No.89 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/3 11195 of 2024 by the Hon'ble Court whereby direction was given to the District Magistrate, Purnea to pass a reasoned order in four months, after inquiry in the manner mentioned in the aforesaid order."
3. On 29.07.2024, the writ petition was disposed of with following order:
"6. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to provide all the documents alongwith the representation to the respondent no.3, the District Magistrate, Purnea in four weeks who shall:
(i) constitute a Committee of Senior officials in two weeks;
(ii) the Committee shall look into the files and will give personal hearing to both the petitioner and the 'Mukhiya', visit the spot and thereafter shall submit a report to the District Magistrate, Purnea in four weeks;
(iii) the copy of the enquiry report shall be provided both to the petitioner as also 'the Mukhiya';
(iv) thereafter, personal hearing again
Patna High Court MJC No.89 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 3/3 be given to the petitioner and the 'Mukhiya' whereafter the District Magistrate, Purnea will pass a reasoned order."
4. A show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 and 6 is on record according to which, a reasoned order has been passed vide memo no. 628 dated 08.04.2025 negating the the claim of the petitioner (R/1 to the show cause).
5. The reply to the show cause has been filed by the petitioner submitting that the order of the Court has not been taken into true letter and spirit.
6. Be that as it may, a reasoned order has come, is part of the record, if aggrieved, the petitioner has liberty to challenge the same.
7. So far as the contempt is concerned, since an order has been passed, it is appropriate that the file be consigned.
8. Accordingly, MJC No. 89 of 2025 stands disposed of.
