Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366 I.P.C. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she has voluntarily left the house with the petitioner as she had love with the petitioner and she voluntarily married with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Warisaliganj P.S.Case No.366 of 2019, subject to the condition that both

No.819 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
