2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to add Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Gaya, as respondent no. 6 in course of the day.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4 in which it is stated that the records of the petitioner for her compassionate appointment in terms of the aforesaid department Resolution No. 1128 dated 21.08.2020 and the consent given by the petitioner that vide letter no. 282 dated 18.02.2021, it had earlier been forwarded by the then D.E.O.,

Patna High Court CWJC No.691 of 2023(3) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 Gaya to the Chief Executive Officer Zila Parishad, Gaya, to consider the petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment on the post of Vidyalaya Sahayak (Annexure-B to the counter affidavit). Later on a reminder in this regard has also been made by the deponent vide letter no. 248 dated 07.02.2023, but till date no order has been passed by the Chief Executive Officer Zila Parishad, Gaya.

Considering this fact, I deem it fit and proper to direct the newly added respondent no. 6 (Chief Executive Officer Zila Parishad, Gaya) to pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within six weeks, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner or through her counsel.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 6 shall be personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
