The petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 276 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner and accused persons came to his house and began to assault his father Mahmood Ansari. When the informant tried to save his father, the petitioner assaulted by rod on his head with intention to kill him. It is submitted that the petitioner is the agnates of the informant. There is land dispute between them and there is a counter version also. According to the injury report of Mahfuj Ansari there is one lacerated wound on left temporal bone of skull and there is line of fracture.

It appears that there is land dispute and the petitioner is the agnates of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.
