2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of appropriate order/orders, direction/directions writ/writs, preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents authority concerned to make payment of suitable compensation amount

Patna High Court CWJC No.1483 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 2/3 as per its commercial rate to the petitioner for acquiring her raiyati/purchased land measuring 0.02272 acre (02.272 decimal) appertaining to Khata No.1410 Khesra No.2399 of mauza Alamnagar, Thana No.72/1. Anchal Alamnagar District-Madhepura upon which pucca building was constructed as well as market complex is situated in the said building for constructing/modifying Karama Alamnagar Road Pariyojna, but the Respondent District Land Acquisition Officer, Madhepura fixed its compensation amount only Rs.6,70,100.00/ (Six lakh Seventy thousand one hundred) whereas as per market rate its value comes to be Rs. 88,16,960/-(Eighty-Eight Lakh Sixteen thousand Nine hundred Sixty rupees) by his intimation letter dated 29.8.2023 sent to the petitioner in L.A. Case No.1/2020-21 which is not proper and permissible in the eye of law.

(ii) Any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. The petitioner simply wants disposal of his representation dated 20.11.2024 filed under Section 64 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 before the District Collector, Madhepura.

4. The District Collector, Madhepura is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 20.11.2024 in Land Acquisition Case No. 01 of 2020-21, as soon as possible.

5. With these observation(s), the writ petition stands disposed of.
