The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that during pendency of this case, a settlement was arrived at between the parties wherein dispute has been settled between them. Informant Pankaj Kumar Choudhary is ready to withdraw the case and is not ready to proceed with case.

Contention of the petitioner is not disputed by the counsel for informant.
