The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-AA), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40724 of 2014.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 21.10.2014, I am not inclined to re-consider the prayer for bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10091 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2 / 2 of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The learned S.D.J.M., Munger is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the Court of Sessions for trial forthwith. Once, the case is committed to the Court of Sessions, the learned Sessions Judge, Munger shall ensure speedy trial of the case.
