2. The petitioner has sought quashing of the First Information Report of Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No. 197/2015 lodged under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. A perusal of the complaint, on the basis of which First Information Report has been lodged, inter alia, discloses Women Trafficking.

4. The petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report on the basis of Marriage Certificate. Such document cannot be taken into consideration at the stage of quashing

5. Keeping in view the serious allegations disclosed in the First Information Report, I do not find that any case is made out for quashing of the First Information Report.

6. The writ application is, thus, dismissed.
