The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumrao P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 96 bottles, each containing 180 ML Indian Made Foreign Liquor kept in plastic sack from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.11.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.770 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Buxar in connection with Dumrao P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019.
