This is an application for bail in a case of misuse registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner was granted bail. His bail bond was cancelled on 06.02.2008. The petitioner has been remanded, subsequent to cancellation of bail bond, in the present case on 22.01.2015.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner now undertakes to appear regularly before the learned court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13155 of 2015 (02) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 453 of 2000, Trial No. 1076 of 2014.

The learned court below will positively cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
