The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a very specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired causing injury on the chest of wife of the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case.

Since there is a very specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the same is rejected.
