The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 3.1.2008 passed by the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, in Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 84 of 2007. Since the Petitioner seeks quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial in the interest of the Parties.
