Gone through the report submitted by the learned lower court wherefrom, it is apparent that since after framing of charge on 08.12.2014, not even a single witness has been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2013.
Although, there happens to be specific allegation against the petitioner to shoot at informant and is found corroborated with the injury report clubbed with the fact that at on earlier occasion petitioner had withdrawn his prayer made under Cri. Misc. No. 19066/2014, in the changed scenario he is found to be entitled for bail and accordingly, petitioner Ramesh Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (Ten
