2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 369 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the daughter of the informant, namely, Sobha Devi (deceased) was married to one Anil Yadav one and half years ago. It is alleged that she was being subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand. On 22.08.2025, the mother-in-law of the deceased informed the informant that the deceased is ill. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners are mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased and they have been falsely implicated in this case. The nature of allegation is general and omnibus. The main thrust of allegation is against husband and he is already in custody. Petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and they are languishing in judicial custody since 23.08.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 369 of 2025.
