This application has been filed in connection with Khajekalan P.S.Case No.38 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A and 120B o of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner being sister of one Jaiki @ Imran, against her there is allegation of eloping with the victim. She is named accused in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 1.8.2016.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that there is nothing against the petitioner except that she is sister of the

No.55208 of 2016 (3) dt.28-01-2017 2/2 named accused, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Patna City in connection with Khajekalan P.S.Case No.38 of 2015.
