JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 15.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that while the informant was on enquiry counter of Ara railway station, his `40,000/- was taken out from the bag of the informant. One Sanjay Singh conveyed to the informant that this petitioner took out the money. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
