2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for setting aside the order dated 20/8/2015 passed in B.L.T in case no. 645 of 2013 whereby and where under the order dated 29/5/2013 passed by the learned court of divisional commissioner Munger in land dispute Appeal no 101 of 2012 has been set aside in the light of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17179 of 2016(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 order passed by the Hon'ble division Bench of this court reported in P.L.J.R 2014 [3] in the case of Maheshwar Mandal versus the state of Bihar but on the other hand the order of learned D.C.L.R passed on the same score has been left untouched."

3. A counter-affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 to 5 after due service of a copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner on 13.12.2023 and learned State counsel with the help of paragraph - 9 to the counter-affidavit submits that the dispute that the petitioner is having can be very well adjudicated before the Gram Kachahari, Kiranpur.

4. There is no rebuttal to the petition nor any appearance on call.

5. Be that as it may, since no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
