The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vibhutipur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code . The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having stolen one golden ring and mobile phone of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the name of the petitioner has transpired in the present case on the basis of confessional statement made by the co-accused person, namely, Ramu Kumar alias Golu alias Shambhu Kumar. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3397 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 and is languishing in custody since 19.06.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st , Rosera in connection with Vibhutipur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018.
